1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, requesting image generation, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 and have legal capacity to enter this agreement. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the account, generation or purchasing features. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed: neloimage.com/privacy. Acknowledging that policy is not consent to optional analytics.
2. Our service and requested operations
Nelo Image is an online workspace for generating images from text and transforming photos with written instructions. Image generation and editing use a third-party model service. Reference photos are previewed locally, then submitted with editing instructions when you confirm Generate from image. Selecting a file or preparing a prompt does not itself create a processing order.
The service is digital software. One successful Standard image generation may be used free of charge, subject to capacity and anti-abuse limits. Paid options are monthly and yearly subscriptions as described on Pricing. A subscription purchase requires sign-in and your explicit payment authorization. No subscription or paid processing order is created by choosing a plan, uploading a reference, or writing instructions.
The workspace shows your processing operation, settings and credit cost before submission. Standard text-to-image and image-to-image generation each use 1 credit per image after the introductory free image. Review generated results before publishing or relying on them.
3. Accounts, security and the free image
Accounts support Google sign-in and email verification codes. Provide accurate information, keep your Google account and email inbox secure, and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We never ask for your Google password. Purchases require a signed-in account; the current free image does not require sign-in or a card.
The introductory allowance is one successful Standard image, enforced using browser, account and network identifiers. It does not reset each day. Failed attempts may be retried within the current limit of three attempts per UTC day and shared studio capacity. Do not evade the allowance using new accounts, automated requests or network changes. Completing a free image does not authorize a later charge or enroll you in a subscription.
4. Subscriptions and monthly credits
Starter is $19.99 per month or $199 per year with 100 credits per month. Pro is $39.99 per month or $399 per year with 300 credits per month. Studio is $79.99 per month or $799 per year with 800 credits per month. Prices are in USD before applicable taxes. Yearly prices are charged for the full year; a displayed monthly equivalent is not an installment schedule.
Monthly subscriptions renew each month and yearly subscriptions renew each year unless renewal is cancelled. Credits refresh monthly on both billing options. Annual billing does not issue the full year of credits in advance. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. There are no automatic credit top-ups.
The cost of a processing operation must be shown before it is confirmed. Standard text and image-to-image generation use 1 credit per successful image; the introductory Standard image is free. Local reference selection and prompt preparation do not use credits. A failed or timed-out processing task does not consume its reserved generation credits.
Credits are a non-transferable service entitlement rather than money or a deposit. They cannot be resold or redeemed for cash except under the refund provisions or applicable law. Any legacy paid balance remains governed by its original purchase terms; a new subscription does not silently change an existing entitlement.
5. Subscription authorization and payment
Before you authorize a subscription payment, checkout identifies the plan, billing interval, recurring price, initial total, applicable taxes and renewal terms. Monthly and annual subscription charges require your explicit authorization. Choosing a plan or completing a free image does not authorize recurring charges.
Subscription checkout is hosted by the payment provider identified on the payment page and receipt. We do not collect full payment-card numbers or security codes on our application servers. Do not send payment to the support email.
Subscription access and monthly credits are delivered only after server-side verification of the corresponding payment and entitlement. A checkout return URL is not proof of payment. Report a missing entitlement with the receipt or transaction identifier instead of repeatedly paying.
6. Refund requests and billing disputes
To request a review of a subscription charge, email lanmeiop@163.com from the account email and include the transaction reference, billing interval and reason. Do not send passwords, full card details or security codes. Requesting cancellation of a future renewal does not automatically refund the current paid period.
Duplicate, unauthorized or incorrect charges and undelivered paid entitlements will be investigated. Applicable statutory refund and consumer rights remain in effect. Failed generation restores the related generation allowance or credits rather than automatically creating a cash refund.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Access and unused entitlements associated with a refunded period may be withdrawn. We aim to acknowledge a complete billing request within 2 business days; provider processing times will be communicated for an approved refund.
7. Cancelling renewal and ending access
You may cancel future renewal in the account billing dialog or request cancellation through billing support at lanmeiop@163.com. Include the account email and subscription reference. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly or annual period; it does not turn an annual subscription into monthly installments.
Signing out or stopping use does not cancel renewal. Account closure and subscription cancellation are separate requests. Before closing an account, download images you want to retain and resolve any outstanding subscription, payment or refund request.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect the service, enforce these Terms or comply with law. Applicable refund rights and unresolved billing claims will be handled before an account closure is finalized.
8. Your inputs, outputs and our examples
You retain your rights in the prompts and other content you provide. You must have the permissions needed to submit and use them, including permissions concerning personal information, likenesses, trademarks and copyrighted material. You grant us the limited permission needed to process, transmit, temporarily store and deliver your requested generation, maintain security and address a support or legal issue.
As between you and us, to the extent permitted by law and subject to third-party rights, you may use your generated outputs for lawful personal or commercial purposes. We do not claim ownership of your outputs. We do not guarantee that an output is exclusive, copyrightable, accurate or free of third-party rights. Review applicable model and provider terms and the rights needed for your intended use. The model service’s terms also apply to the requested processing.
We do not publish private user generations in the public example gallery without specific permission. Our current public examples are team-created and selected outputs. Their detail views include example prompts and image information; gallery images may be resized or compressed for display. Reusing a prompt does not guarantee the same image. We do not train our own AI models on your private prompts or outputs; third-party provider handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Acceptable use and prohibited content
These content standards apply to prompts, generated images and any content shared or distributed using the service. The following six categories are prohibited:
- Pornography / NSFW: pornography, explicit sexual activity, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery and sexual nudity.
- Violence / gore: graphic injury, mutilation, torture, glorification of violence, threats or instructions facilitating violent harm.
- Hate speech / discrimination: content attacking, dehumanizing or promoting hatred, discrimination or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or another protected characteristic.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): any sexual or exploitative depiction of a minor, including synthetic content, sexualized depictions or instructions facilitating child abuse.
- Deepfakes / impersonation: deepfakes of real people, including face swaps, fabricated intimate scenes or false statements and actions, whether or not the person consents; deceptive impersonation of a person, brand or organization.
- Copyright / trademark infringement: content infringing copyright, trademarks, likeness, privacy or other third-party rights, including unauthorized reproduction or deceptive brand use.
9.1. Other prohibited conduct
Terrorism, violent extremism, genocide incitement and assistance with weapons of mass destruction are prohibited. Do not use this service for fraud, phishing, scams, harassment, unlawful surveillance or other illegal activity.
Do not submit credentials, financial-account information, highly sensitive personal information or third-party personal data without a lawful basis and necessary permission. Do not bypass safety or trial controls, attack the service, use stolen payment methods, sell account access or automate abuse. Do not present synthetic content as authentic evidence or verified professional advice, or use it for unlawful or unsafe high-impact decisions.
9.2. Reporting prohibited content
Report suspected violations, child-safety concerns, impersonation or infringement to lanmeiop@163.com. This customer-support email is also displayed in the footer throughout the website. Start the message with “Content report”; for an urgent child-safety or credible violence concern, also write “Urgent”. This is an operator-reviewed email channel, not an emergency service or a continuously staffed live chat. Contact local emergency services for imminent danger.
Include the affected page URL or generation ID, approximate date/time, the suspected violation and enough context for us to locate and assess it. Rights holders should identify the work or right concerned and explain their authority to report. Provide a reply address so we can request clarification. Report promptly: trial results are only temporarily available. Do not send illegal imagery, especially CSAM, passwords or payment-card details; describe the concern and provide an identifier instead.
We use report information only as needed to assess the issue, respond, enforce our rules and meet legal obligations. We limit access to people and service providers who need it and do not publicly identify reporters. Disclosure may be necessary to investigate or comply with law; absolute anonymity cannot be guaranteed.
9.3. Content review, enforcement and appeals
The operator manually reviews reports and suspected abuse, using the report and relevant available prompts, outputs and technical records where necessary. Reports concerning child safety, credible threats, terrorism or other serious illegal content receive priority. We may request further context and restrict access while investigating where justified. We aim to acknowledge complete reports within 2 business days; complex investigations can take longer, and we will explain material delays where practicable.
Our generation provider may reject requests through its own safety controls. We do not claim that every input or image receives a separate automated moderation check or human approval before delivery. Provider filtering is not a substitute for reporting or our manual review, and users remain responsible for complying with these standards.
We assess the context, severity, available evidence and any repeated violations. Depending on the findings, we may issue a warning, remove or disable access to content under our control, refuse generation, restrict features, suspend or terminate access, and preserve or disclose relevant evidence when required by law. Serious illegal content may be referred to the relevant provider or competent authorities. We cannot remove copies outside our control.
Where appropriate and lawful, we notify the reporter and affected account of the outcome and reasons without exposing another person’s private information. To appeal, email the same support address with “Content appeal”, the generation or report identifier, the decision and any additional evidence. The operator reconsiders the decision and communicates the result; this does not imply an independent review team. Billing and statutory consumer rights remain subject to the refund provisions and applicable law.
10. AI disclosures and third-party materials
Outputs are AI-generated and may contain artifacts, bias, inaccurate wording or unexpected content. Apply any AI-origin notices required for your publication or jurisdiction. Do not remove or falsify required provenance, metadata or legal labels. A visible-watermark setting does not waive disclosure obligations or third-party rules.
The website, interface, brand and editorial materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and open-source components remain subject to their respective rights and licenses. Restrictions on misuse of this hosted service do not alter rights granted by an upstream open-source license.
11. Privacy and temporary image storage
Our Privacy Policy at neloimage.com/privacy explains Google login, Kie image generation, Cloudflare hosting, analytics, payment data and your choices. Prompts, settings and outputs become inaccessible 24 hours after generation is requested and are subject to scheduled storage cleanup. Download images you want to retain; the studio is not a permanent archive. Account, security, support and legally necessary payment records may have different retention periods.
12. Warranties and responsibility
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee of fitness for a particular creative purpose, uninterrupted operation or the legal suitability of an output. You are responsible for reviewing your prompts, outputs and publications.
Where legally permitted, neither party is liable under these Terms for indirect or unforeseeable consequential loss. Our aggregate contractual liability for an affected service is limited to the amount paid for that service during the preceding 12 months. These limits do not exclude fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, liability that cannot legally be limited, or mandatory consumer remedies. Nothing here removes responsibility imposed by applicable law for our own handling of personal data or paid delivery.
13. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Contact lanmeiop@163.com first if you wish to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute remains unresolved, it may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction. We do not require mandatory private arbitration or waive a non-waivable right to bring a consumer claim. Payment-provider buyer terms may separately govern the payment transaction.
14. Changes and other terms
We will post an updated version and effective date when these Terms change. For material changes affecting existing account or purchased-credit rights, we will provide advance notice through the website or available account contact, normally at least 14 days before the change takes effect unless law or an urgent security need requires otherwise. Where consent is required, we will request it. Changes do not retroactively remove an already-accrued refund right.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These Terms, the applicable order details and the Privacy Policy describe the service relationship. Mandatory law and any more protective mandatory payment-provider terms take precedence where required.
